 | Small billing issue. I'm not sure if i should put this here or on the verizon fiber optics forum. Anyway my new bill is up and i noticed a small problem in my favor though. It seems that they are charging me for the 15/5 internet but i'm receiving the 25/15. I'm thinking i should just keep quiet about this and not have them correct it and have to pay more. Thoughts? |

 | I don't think that's it. The "fluff" is way too high to be that i think. I've topped out at speeds of 3.2 megabyte/s down and 2.1 up. I used the verizon fios speed test on their site and got 26mb down and 20mb up. That's some serious fluff if that's the case! Not that i'm complaining either way. |

 | reply to Timothy28 It is possible to be provisioned for a higher speed than what you're being charged on your bill.
What's your account info? I'll fix it for ya! jkjk |

 | Hahaha funny. Funny thing is the first bill i was charged for the 25/15 but the second one is 15/5. |

1 edit | Ah that makes more sense then.. the old data profile could still be active instead of the new one. |
|
 | Shouldn't the old one be right though since it had the 25/15 on it? |
|
1 edit | But you're paying for 15/5? So a profile set for 15/5 would be right? Right? |
|
 | Yep that's what it appears to be. |
