Re: [Newsgroups] Article not found issue Just a suggestion, but since your usage is predictable (ie, you know more or less the max you are going to download each month), have you considered block accounts? You do not have the monthly bill (billed once off, until used)...plus you do not have the "use it or lose it" type of issue that you are faced with each month with your monthly plan.
