if i watch 4 tv eps a week thats 3 hrs a week and also 1.5 GB in HDTV which is about half sized of FULL HD so that is 3GB = 12GB off your 90GB cap now imagine a familly the intended users....4 how about 3 eps a day there goes your cap so you get to pay 100$ for your tv and 50$ for delivery
can i say it again USELESS
and my bet is that 4 shows a day is low for most households thus you can enjoy paying even more THIS IS VERY STUPID

so right now i pay 40$ a month 9$ for a dry loop and my cc fee monthly for pay as you go card of 7$
thats my expenses to get UNLIMITED TV stream out my butt and yea when user based billing comes to BCE i leave and goto a new provider period
Hi chronoss2009. Most of our customers don't come close to using their bandwidth caps. To put that in to viewing perspective, someone could watch tv for four days straight without stopping to eat or sleep and still only use half of the data in a mid range plan.
