 | wireless broadband/pathping interpritation/packet loss help I currently live in a rural place where wireless broadband is my best option; however, I am about to abandon it altogether because of slow speed and timeouts. I am in desperate need of some help, my internet times out frequently and I don't know whats causing it. The technician at my wireless ISP told me its my router but I would like a 2nd opinion. I ran a few test including a pathping; unfortunately im to new at this and can't interpret it. I am just wanting to know if the latency is on their end or mine. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated. Here are the test results C:\Users\James>pathping hotmail.com

 | hotmail.com and msn.com both are dropping ICMP packets (pings)
Use google.com or even dslreports.com instead. |
