kudos:1 | I actually LIKE Windows 7 I've been a Mac user for years, and I still love my Mac. But I was recently issued a laptop at my PT job and got to play around with Windows 7 last night and today. I've got to say I'm pretty darn impressed. Boot times and shut down times are short. The browser renders pages in an instant and the whole look and feel of the OS is much improved. Light years ahead of the other systems we have running XP SP3
Guess Vista was the beta. I think Microsoft might have a winner on it's hands this time. I actually LIKE Windows 7!

Pleasant Hill, MO | I am running win7 right now, and I must say it is over nine thousand time better than vista. 1/2 the boot time, less ram and cpu usage, much more happy use. |

I upgraded 2 2yr old systems to Win 7 from Vista and see marked improvements. May keep me from getting new PCs for another year or 2. |
