What hell is that compared to the fact that I lost ALL of my INBOX and FOLDERS. Earthlink said for a week to be "assured" that they would recover all the files. Then they said Friday that they will not be able to recover them. I did not have a backup... and neither did they. OH!

I looked and I don't see where EL says they will secure and back up your emails when using web mail. That is your responsibility to have a back up. -- What’s the point of owning a supercar if you can’t scare yourself stupid from time to time?
