Re: so long... Thanks for the witness Steve...I didn't choose Comcast. Comcast chose me when they took over Insightbb and They broke their promise when when they announced the takeover . (I am not going into the details here)
This Long post is a ongoing testament to the true user experience and public documentation of the crappy service we receive here in Rockford, IL. with Comcast Service.
One thing I've noted in the review and will note here. Comcast does have the drop around here in the general upload speed and has been pretty true the whole time I've had them. That comes in real handy for a few websites I manage.
