Is it time to close / archive this forum?

Now that CallVantage has been shuttered, is it time to close or archive this forum?

Not an unreasonable question, but why worry about it?

I'm a little curious as to whether ATT has fully 'pulled the plug' on all customers at this point. I know the last communicated 'deadline' has passed, but there could still be some customers hanging on...

I went to their user portal site, and I see that its security certificate has expired. But once I added the security exception to Firefox, it still loaded. Of course, I'm no longer a customer, so I can't exactly log in.

When I called their 800 # to dispute the final bill (they billed till Dec 12 when the LNP was completed Nov 25th), I was told their phone techs would be around until mid Feb.

Good to know.

As to your billing issue--that should come back to you as a credit (probably in February). CV billed in advance, but they do pro-rate the last month, which is unusual for Voip providers. When I ported out (due to them shutting down), I had a credit of about $8 on my AT&T customer account for a few months before they issued it back to my credit card. (Perhaps with your call in to them, your credit will be issued earlier.)
