CLink has done fiber in other areas (20/2 I think, so not as good as your 30/2 cable, but probably cheaper, and without a cap) so there may be hope for you.
I don't care so much for the internet service as I do for TV.
As it is, SECTV's HD quality leaves a lot to be desired. I could go to DirecTV but then the price for internet goes up...
