I really don't know how any Town plans to finance such a thing. But I keep Reading about Town that want to set up their own FTTH solution and I think why would a town want to get into the Cable TV business. But if they Build it and let all the Cable companies connect into it without Franchies exclusivity you suddenly have True compitition. I want world peace too... so.. your right kinda Utopian LOL.
