| How about..... How about 3 strikes for ISP's and record companies. 3 bad installs & shut them down, 3 bad albums close up shop. Makes more sense than punishing random often unknowing people as if they killed someone.

As much of music is marketing, I could see a LOT of so called "bands" get the boot if this were true. Too bad that doesn't happen.
