True - the story in that regard is misleading. I just signed up because I have rogers wireless.
Selection isn't huge - but free is good. I have DSL with no caps, so no worries.

The point is you can have access to this unless you have Rodgers service. In otherwords you can't get it as a stand alone offer. This is like the stuff Comcrap and other US cable companies are trying to do. |
