no. it IS free even if i am NOT with Rogers Cable. Go read the actual press release. I have already been using it last night (watched Saw), and I don't have Rogers Cable.

i see this as a tactic for them to retain me as a wireless customer as well. if i was a bell-only wireless customer, i would not be able to use this service.

Please re-read the press release and get the proper information before bashing me. I am a Rogers Wireless customer and I have used the service fine so far. No problems on my end.

Wasn't bashing you in anyway. Merely pointing out the shortcomings of this idea. This the big problem with Canadian distributors, they have absolute control over everything coming into and out of your house. We can find some small ways around it, but in the end, we still get screwed by high pricing and ridiculous caps designed to keep you from downloading content.
