Re: Download speed is very slow Yes, it looks provisioned wrong, however, margin for upload isn't correct either. I would call in to make sure they have you on the plan you think you're supposed to be on. That upload margin maybe a fluke, but it should be reading up in the 20's or 30 most likely. |

But in most cases I've seen like this, the low upload rate will kill the download speed, despite having a good d/l margin. If either the upload or download is saturated (or in a low snr case, appears saturated), it will affect both send/receive transmissions. I'm thinking it does appear that the provisioning is set wrong for the 1.5 package though, as mentioned. |
