i don't know, but it seems like the all actors are doing pretty damn well in their mansions if you ask me. so they get no sympathy from me when someone pirates a bit (or all for that matter) of their work.
For every actor getting rich off a movie, there are 1000's of people who just make a living. And it is these who are hurt by shitty movies.

Who cares what you think? If they want to charge $1000 for a movie, let them. You don't have to buy it. As for Netflix... not sure who "they" is. They are doing fine. The have a simple business model in where they license mostly cheaper old back catalog titles. Some of the old movies are actually pretty good. Only cost a couple of bucks to watch.
