JavikPremium join:2006-10-02 Gilman, WI | Where'd the DSL service lookup tool go? I cannot find the street address DSL lookup page anymore on the CenturyLink website.
There is only an item to "enter your zip code" or phone number, which then suggests impossible options like 20 megabit and digital TV, which every time I call and ask I am told it is not available.
The CenturyLink website is taking a nosedive in usability and seems to be becoming more opaque and content-free as time goes by. I guess the less your customers know about your poor service, the less likely they are to complain. |

 | reply to Javik My address is not listed, but I have dsl. Our c.o. is listed as 15Mb available, but I guarantee you it isn't. I put in an address that I know is XHSI and it list 3 speeds available. Not possible. Their site is flawed. |

winger94 join:2008-04-15 North Freedom, WI | reply to Javik My address is listed, says I'm eligible for 4.0mb but I'm stuck at a max of 256kb. They say another 50 feet or so and I would've been an absolute NO WAY. Just short of 23,000 feet from the CO. I called to see if I missed something in my bill saying they had moved equipment allowing me a faster connection, she told me nothing had changed. What a letdown! |
