Re: Not suprising at all Umm, the article CLEARLY STATES that it's LAW ENFORCEMENT that is requesting the GPS data, NOT the person. There's a BIG DIFFERENCE between someone getting your location without a warrant vs. you requesting the information. Ever heard of the 4th Ammendment? Gee, guess what, the government is SUPPOSED to get a WARRANT, IF and only if, they have enough probable cause to get a judge to agree with them. I'm guessing that sprint never asks for a warrant, so sprint is not only breaking the law, they are breaking their own TOS. -- The happiest countries are the most secular.
