| Glad I'm not the only one! Thank you sooooooooo much for posting this. I thought my computer had been infected by a rootkit so subtle that even the HJT logs look normal. How the machine could have gotten that infection was beyond me (its hardly been used since its last scan more than a month ago), but I have been using Avast for so long that I didn't even question its findings until it told me that my spybot search & destroy was infected. That's when I started googling and found your post. Again, THANK YOU, thank you, thank you! |
