Once a terrorist, always a terrorist. |

SteveI know your IP addressConsultant join:2001-03-10 Yorba Linda, CA kudos:5 | It is impossible for a company the size of Microsoft to arrange its business affairs that somewhere, within the traditional six degrees of separations, there won't be any use of competitive products. Edit: and without Akamai... That article is from 2001 - isn't that kinda a stretch? |
|
 | Doesn't matter. There were no semantics argued. A blanket statement allows no use of such criteria of neither "time" nor "business associates" which might be contradictory to the current heart of the matter. |

| reply to Steve No, just playing along with blanket statements. I wouldn't put it past some of my customers to REALLY believe things like that, with the official looking Windows marquis etc... Like I said earlier, it never ceases to make me laugh. From my experience, Windows, Linux, Apple etc... depend on each other just as much as they depend on being a separate from each other. Look at the front offices in Redmond. They are all running brand new Macs with Windows installed on them |
