Legitimate Concerns

Point being made by Sprint's critics here are pretty obvious. People do not want to be tracked anywhere without their consent.

I own a home and I don't have an Alarm system. I have a huge dog. Chances are the alarm would be better than the dog at catching criminals but "two-way monitoring with live voice" isn't something I want in my home.

No matter how much better it is at deterring theft than my dog.

The Freedom of Information Act wouldn't apply to Sprint as its not a government entity. Users could start a fishing expedition on all the government entities you can think of and find out if you are being tracked.

Perhaps would create a website for for private citizens to query this...
