| Trips and installs Well, I finally got back (Wednesday) from Florida. I was in Mexico for a week in October, went to work for a week and a half, then took off for three weeks vacation. For four days I went (drove) to San Diego with my friend's niece and sister. Came back and took two days of rest, then left for Florida and drove for four days to spend time with my sisters, brother, nieces and nephews. I came back by plane, the car was given to one of my nieces.
Before leaving for Florida after coming back from San Diego, I was having problems with my wireless connection. I thought my desktop was having issues so did some troubleshooting. I tried using an image I created but that borked everything up so I left as it is until I got back.
I went ahead and decided to install Windows 7 Professional and am on it right now  . I've been busy installing programs that I know will work with Win7 then create an image I KNOW will not be corrupted.
