Re: H.R. 4167 submitted to excuse FCC from Sunshine mtg law said by fAcEtIOUs: I like the current sunshine law and see no reason to make an exception for the FCC. I agree. I'm on several local committees in our small town. We are be careful about unofficial hallway or email meetings since they are not open to the public. While it is a little cumbersome if we overlook something I think it serves the voters well. Open meeting are not open if members are able to meet in private.
