And when he plugged it in, he gets a window that asks if he want to open a U3 to explore or run the boot file, as well as the window that wants to explore the hd part.
My Sandisk 8GB USB cruzer has a U3 on it, but I still have enough space that I can still save things to it and ignore the U3 prompt when it comes up.
I'm thinking of trying this to get rid of the U3 on my Sandisk cruzer, was wondering if it would work on the 1TB WD as well? And will it affect any files that are stored on the cruzer or WD drive?
