Best decision I've made was to dump giganews and go with astraweb for 96$ a year. I'm totally satisfied with the service and speed I get with astraweb. Retention is over a year now and SSL is included. Save yourself a fortune and still get premium service from astraweb. I should add that there are incomplete files but that's why there're par files
