Hopefully this spreads like wildfire across the entire country. It would be an excellent Xmas present from AT&T.

I wonder where Senator Blutarsky stands on net neutrality.

I'm just waiting for plain vanilla U-verse to make it to my neighborhood. The VRADs have been in place for 18 months, but that's about it.

Last I heard, and I just watched the DVD last night, is that it is now President Blutarsky.

Hope you have the VRAD in your front or back yard. With the limitations there will be few people that will actually be able to get those speeds.

I don't know about you , but the name makes me want to run out and subscribe ASAP.

Next Tier will be the Super Ultra Mega Speed Package. And Then We will have the Super Mega Ultra Speed Package on the next round of upgrades !

I for one look forward to the Ultra Super Mega Lightning Speed Package.

Stop with the Shitty naming scheme , if this is the best marketing can do , you need a new marketing department. Including a new vp of marketing. This isn't Japan where this shit will float.

High Speed Uverse
Home Network Uverse
Telecommuter Uverse

Real easy , Send me a check for this and half the VP's bonus and we can call it even AT&T. You would think these companies want to confuse the hell out of their customers.

Good luck. I am only 150 feet from my VRAD and they told me I was too *close* and that was the problem with the TV locking up and digitalizing. They added 200' of twisted pair, that did not help, then he went out to the truck and brought in a box of CAT 5 cable. Now I measure some 650'. I still get occasional lockups. Max 18Mbps/1.5 is more like 9/1.5. It has been 2 years. One last try to our ATT Direct forum instead of Tier 1 and 2 and opps.

Max 18/1.5 U200 & 2 VOIP Lines around Detroit.

Given the propensity of AT&T's VRAD batteries to spontaneously explode, you might not be too far off with that "wildfire" analogy.

It could be worse, ATT did the VRADS all around my area and moved on, totally missing a neighborhood of 250 homes in the process.

I can get UVERSE just about everywhere I check in a 2 mile radius from my house, save for my neighborhood.

I feel your pain. They went down the main state road, but have not run fiber from the VRAD farm 1/4 mile from my neighborhood to the crossbox that sits at the neighborhood entrance. No u-verse for me. Of course, if TWC gets their stuff going (I'm not holding my breath) and offers something better than 384k up, the desire to switch may diminish...

No worries for me. They can guarantee that I'll get 1.5 / 256 and might get 3.0/512 if I sign up right NOW.
