Price drop on 18 and 12 Mbps?

If they are going to be doing this new tier for $65 per month, does that mean there is going to be a price drop on the 18 and 12 Mbps tier? Since 18 Mbps here is $65 per month.

I really don't need more of the download, but I do need more upload speed. Going from 1.5 Mbps to 2 Mbps isn't a huge bump, but its a nice little 60 KB/s bump in speed.

I notice it says 'residential customers for $65 a month, under current promotional offers'. Sounds like the regular price will be higher.

Also, the post mentioned the upstream speed would be 3Mbit. That is double your current 1.5Mbit.
