This is just another - whoopee look at us we can offer U-verse. AT&T has been so busy playing the "me too" speed game with cable that it doesn't have time to upgrade the existing infrastructure of a lot of territory.. It's geting premium dollars for sub-standard DSL so why spend the dollars. Loved the comment re cheese graters and waiting for U-verse. Aptly stated!
