I have sent this off to a bell contact to see what they are able to see.
From what I can see that has been done so far:
Port changed in CO
F1 (from CO to JWI) has been replaced
F2 (from JWI to prem) has been replaced
NID has been replaced

Once I have an update on this I'll be in touch.
