| Make the airline WiFi Free! (with MAC address spoofing) I join the network, pull up the pay page, then scan for existing MAC addresses. Then I fire up a MAC address spoofer on my laptop, disconnect, change my MAC address to one of the others in use (or that WERE in use), then reconnect and surf away. It worked great on Virgin Airlines with their internet service.
BTW, if you use someone else's MAC address while they're still on it will cause intermittent data loss (page loading hesitation, etc.). Usually this annoys them until they just close their computer and stop using it, leaving it wide open for you. |
