Personally I hate Mozy since last time I tried it it created a file on my drive that grew out of control. I only noticed it when I couldn't figure out where my disk space was going and found a 2 GB file in the Mozy folder.
That and I hate programs that needlessly run as a driver. Mozy runs as a driver and monitors all disk access and stores it in the before mentioned file.
I personally prefer DropBox which only does stuff when it's actually running. It also offer 2 GB free, though the paid services are more expensive then Mozy. --

GooberPremium join:2000-12-17 Naperville, IL kudos:4 | reply to Morac I don't like Mozy either. I want external storage to use as a remote hard drive. Mozy forces you to use their service only as a mirror. So, if you delete something off your hard drive, those files will then be deleted off of Mozy at some time in the near future.
Not what I want . . . unless Comcast has modified the Mozy functionality. |

| Something like iDrive, MobileMe iDisk or SkyDrive would work for you.
The later two can be mounted as a network drive under Windows (and Mac for iDrive). --
