| No Cap From 12am-12pm This is why I think Comcast and others that want some kind of cap should offer a period where usage is not counted against the cap. It allows you to download/upload things that aren't time sensitive like Online Backup or torrent downloads.
The cost to provide this bandwidth in the middle of the night is near $0 because usage is so low and bandwidth is a "use it or lose it" kind of resource. |
