Re: about advertised dsl speeds Its charging you for the entire steak and only giving you the bone and saying thats all you should expect. When you end up paying the full tier price (and then some) and getting50% or less than the advierised price, surcharges that are not revealed till after you are committed,little or no support, when outages occur-rude custoemr service you get the puicture AND they have the balls to say they are delivering quality products and services-what a frickin' joke.Face it, they either flat out lie to make a sale or they stall and deliberately mis-represent through vague inferences. |
