even when you buy a brand new car you still have to put some gas on it. that's what the cost is on keeping the network running but it doesn't mean that customer have to pay more for a so highly and incompetent plan as iphone users have, 450 minutes a month with 5,000 for nights and weekends is a blast and just like that 100 dollars a month.
besides they are customers that dont even used the internet like my mother.
