I understand there are ways for one particular iphone user, if dedicated, to use up a lot of bandwidth. However, to charge $30-$50/mo to use an established network and not be able to handle the gross average(INCLUDING "hogs") on a cellphone, even an advanced cellphone, you are doing something gravely wrong.
