Crap...the insurance industry is going to jump all over this.

Mr. Jones.......just to finish up writing this policy......for only an additional $149 per year, I can also add the DSL rider, which protects you if your internet speeds reach combustible levels.

No, probably more like, "I am sorry Mr. Jones. We are going to be cancelling your policy since you have Verizon 7Mb DSL. There is too much liability in those speeds burning down your house. You will just have to find another insurer."
