Verizon's Wireless representatives also incompetent.

Did the Verizon representative, that warned of flaming fast speed and have a fake US English accent, take to much cough syrup before responding to that call? I do not believe that most of Verizon's customer service representatives have a clue about the services that they sell. Call Verizon several times and ask the same question and you will receive different answers from each representative that you speak to. Most answers are not completely accurate. Whether it is FiOS or Wireless services Verizon cannot seem to meet the commitments, that their customer service representatives make. Is it possible that their flawed billing system was designed by "Cheat-O-Matic". FiOS customers report that their bills do not match quoted prices. Many promotional offers were not honored and wireless customers are being charged for data usage even when data is blocked to their handsets. I hope the proposed investigation by lawmakers of Verizon's suspicious charges are expanded to cover all of their relations with customers. I do not have much hope that any action will be taken because, "WHEN MONEY TALKS LAWMAKERS WALK!"
