Verizon mis-quoted? maybe...

I think he typed it wrong. I think what really happened was;

Verizon - "Sorry that's not available to existing customers"

Client - "I want 7Mb DSL, either upgrade me or cancel me"

Verizon - "If you persist in trying to upgrade your account or cancelling, we will be forced to burn your house down"

But I could be wrong
