| Chill, have as laugh, then call back ...go figure, a company "first responder" who is somewhat less than knowledgeable? Who'd a thunk it? 
I think that most of us have run into at least one or more of these employees, right?
Every company has 'em, and always will. This is not a Verizon/AT&T/Comcast/name 'yer poison, unique issue.
I have had AT&T DSL from the old SNET (Southern New England Telephone) days, through SBC, and now AT&T...and it pretty much stays the same...some competent folks, some just a wee bit confused, and a few that could not find their way home even with GPS...
I don't brand the service baed on an occasional bozo, anymore than I give them too much credit when I get the occasional super-knowledgeable tech on the line...it is all a part of what one finds in the work-force today. -- Deeds, not words |
