 | Agreed. Thanks for having the balls to actually post here. Regardless of the situation, its nice to know that someone will speak up.
My recent experiences w/ VZ have ranged from bad to really bad....so much so that one of their engineers sympathized with my situation and said "I know I shouldn't say this, but we're impossible to deal with...."
