I had a Tampa customer service rep from VZ tell me that they can charge me whatever they want to, after my contract was up... They did over charge me $200 and got away with it - even after a complaint to the PUC in Florida. I have never gone back and I never will. I am Verizon-less for life and loving it! If you havent been skrewed by VZ billing...wait a few cycles, you will! And have fun trying to sort it out!!!!!
