Re: It's nice to see.. Yes it is nice to see a spokesperson from Verizon come in and post free advertising on the site while not really dealing with the issue at hand.
Isn't it funny how none of the calls where customers have problems with the customer service rep are "recorded for training purposes".

| The customer in question, as I wrote, is being talked to live by our customer service team. I'll post more once the customer decides what he would like to do. The real issue here is taking care of our customers and affirming that we provided poor service.
Not all individuals who read sites such as this one, are aware of the various offers we provide. That is the reason for the DSL background. -- Bill |
