| Call Tech Support And then demand to have a line technician be sent out to your home. Make sure you say line technician, if they send out a dsl technician and you have a problem at your NID there isn't much that particular technician can do for it. I've had to do this several times but they got the problem (constantly desyncing line and later on faulty modem) fixed.
