 | Very Frustrating I wish Mediacom would provide truthful accurate info about what's going on and when email will work. They are telling the media everything is working now.
It looks like my incoming mail is working but outgoing is still not. It can take 8-10-12 hours to reach the intended receiver - or not at all.
I called tech services about something and found out we are no longer mail.mchsi.com, but are mail.mediacombb.net. Why has this not been reported to members?
I'm just awfully frustrated - like about 700,000 other members. |

 | I changed the settings in my Outlook per the migration info webpage and no change... no new mail getting out (or in from other email clients/accts that I have).... arrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!! |

 | reply to SusanAgain Thank you sooooooo much!! I haven't had my emails since last week12/7/2009...When I read your post and notice that Mediacom changed the server name and change that information my emails came through all 156 of them. THANK YOU once again! |
