Re: *raises hand timidly* Again (see above), the speeds you quote here are the standards adopted by the NTIA and RUS for the stimulus program (it also happens to be the "Broadband Tier 1" speed the FCC adopted as a part of the Form 477 data reform efforts; but that definition is under reconsideration). They are not the speeds adopted by the FCC for the national broadband plan, as that decision has not yet been made.
I don't mean to be picking on you. I just want readers to know that the stimulus program and the National Broadband Plan are two separate things. |
