Average Joe customer here, working through the East Portland servers. What follows has been my personal experience but I suspect the majority of other Portlanders experiences are the same. I wasn't aware there was a limit of 250gb/month nor the pending meter until I got the letter just today! Slower and slower service, more outages, now this? This has got to stir the hornets nest for sure! Comcast has not used the word "unlimited" in advertising in a long time. Perhaps the next words to go should be "high-speed" and "savings" while the word "bundled" should now stand for how the cash is stored that is gotten through "encouraging" customers to purchase multiple services. That brings me to a good question: Does the time spent talking on your internet phone service count against the 250mb limit? (I think not!)
