I think networks need to be tested in case of National emergency again anyways. I remember the last one, I couldn't make a phone call but once every 5 minutes cause I kept getting "All Circuits are busy" messages and it was the BIG A's awesome network.... -- Keyboard not found press F1 to continue. Awesome idea actually. It's not a national emergency and between noon and 3 pm on a weekday isn't a peak time for cellular networks last time I checked. So AT&T can take a good ahrd look at their network afternoon to really see what might happen if there's a legitimate emergency that results in high data usage...maybe they'll learn a thing or two and beef up their network before it's too late.
