How is making sure atts network stays up not looking out for the consumer? Their are people who dont care about datqa and want to make a call who would also be brought down by this.
Not every att user is a smartphone user.
Quite a few people seem to have it in their mind that high data usage on the network is going to affect voice calls. If it somehow does then the blame falls
