Re: Fake Steve Jobs weasling - worried about legal charges? said by nasadude:said by fAcEtIOUs:And none of what you say would prevent the filing of a lawsuit. And it costs money to defend against, even if you are in the right. AT&T has plenty of money to fight back. Does Fake Steve Jobs? and there it is in a nutshell folks - how things work in the U.S. don't like what a customer says about your network - sue their @ss! Huge difference between not liking what they say and the "customer" leading an effort to taking the network down. |

But that begs the question: how COULD the customers take it down unless the owners had oversold the thing to begin with? If everyone who paid for service to the network decided to actually use that service at the same time and the network fails, I have to blame the owners and not the folks who chose to use what they paid for. |

EVERY company oversells the network. |
