speakeasy speed test

i always use the speakeasy test on the test page of dslr. but in the last few days i just a get a grey box with no start button. i do have the latest java, and have tested it at java site and so on, so dont know why i cant get the start button.

I had a similar issue (actually I think I noticed it on the DSLR Tweak Test applet) and "fixed" it by checking the Adblock Plus option to "show tabs on Flash and Java." Also, I believe DSLR inactivates the NYC Speakeasy speed test applet for a few hours beginning around midnight each night.
