That is what you picked out when the 10th word is a one that is actually misspelled? Letter, not latter, But I'm no grammer nazi, I mistype all the friggin time.

Anywho, good article. However, I tend to not have faith in an "anonymous Verizon employee". That could be some call center employee that says I told my manager and it isn't fixed yet. Also, I would more believe that they don't know whats going on rather than lying. But I'm not backing Verizon up, just seeing what goes on in large corps in my own experience, thats what I believe.

No, that is proof that it happens, not proof that the entire management of all departments of the company are aware of it. I'm not saying that it doesn't happen, I am sure it does, but believe it or not, management doesn't read BBR.
